Dr. Troy Cabral, Apostle and Prophet is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Shekinah Worship Centre Tunapuna, Trinidad, West Indies.
He received his ordination at the United Kingdom Ministry Evangelistic Eagle Deliverance Centre Derby, England. He has an earned Doctorate of Divinity from the
International Theological Seminary of Van Nuys, California. His course of study also included a major in Christian Education.
Dr. Cabral is an international Apostle, ministering throughout the West Indies, South America, Canada, Africa, Europe and the United States.
He serves as the Apostolic Father over churches in Trinidad, Venezuela, Suriname, Jamaica, Zambia and the United States.
Presently he Pastors a congregation with a dominate segment of Prophets and Pastors in Tunapuna, Trinidad. He is also a member of the MFWI (Minister's Fellowship West Indies), which is the Caribbean branch of MFI (Minister's Fellowship International) of Portland, Oregon. Dr Cabral had frequently facilitates the meetings and he has worked closely with the MFWI President. The ministry's goal is the edification and cultivation of Pastors and those in advance spiritual leadership roles.
Dr. Cabral is a seasoned conference speaker, teaching and preaching at various conferences internationally. He is often sought to minister at family/ marriage and women's conferences. He is a skilled marriage counselor. He has a heart for women in ministry coupled with a passion to promote and cultivate their purpose. He is a precise prophet and has served as a Presbyter at various conferences. He is also a Prophetic intercessor and worshiper.
Dr. Troy Cabral and his wife Pastor Diane reside in Tacarigua, Trinidad, West Indies. They are the Pastors of Shekinah Worship Centre of Tunapuna, Trinidad. They are the proud parents of their daughter Robyn.
